Macquarie St Workplace

Macquarie street is a commercial fitout for two complex corporate clients in an existing 1970’s office building in Sydney. The fitout includes a series of complex programmatic arrangements with multiple foyers, circulation and security requirements that shaped the design. 

The design has flexibilty that allows both clients to use the spaces for multiple purposes including training events, functions and campaigning. 

A pared-back material palette of marble flooring paired with whitewashed ply custom joinery and existing concrete was chosen to complement the client’s corporate identities.
